Service use
Terms and conditions
Use WorkerSignal lawfully, protect access, and review every result before acting.
August 16, 2026
1. Acceptance and scope
These terms apply to WorkerSignal's website, browser functions, APIs, MCP, and AI-tool connections. By using a function, you accept these terms; if you act for an organization, you represent that you can bind it.
You must have legal capacity to contract and be at least 18. Mandatory rights in your jurisdiction continue to apply where they cannot be excluded by contract.
2. Access, OTP, and credits
You are responsible for your links, OTP codes, keys, and sessions. Do not share them or place them in prompts, repositories, public URLs, or messages others can read.
Credits unlock WorkerSignal functions; they are not money, securities, withdrawable balances, or a guaranteed result. We may correct credits duplicated, obtained through abuse, or granted by mistake.
3. Permitted use
Only submit data you have the right to use for a legitimate purpose.
- Do not impersonate anyone or publish false vacancies, Missions, evidence, or documents.
- Do not upload secrets, credentials, banking data, complete tax identifiers, or confidential material without authorization.
- Do not use WorkerSignal to discriminate, harass, conduct unlawful surveillance, bypass controls, or make decisions prohibited by law.
- Do not attack the service, resell access, extract data at scale, or interfere with operation.
4. Function-specific limits
Hiring, AI Apply, Find Me, Learning, and proof-of-work signals support human review; they do not guarantee a hire, interview, client, rate, salary, or performance. AI Apply does not submit an application without an expressly supported and authorized action.
Mission publishers must define scope, reward, conditions, and rights before acceptance. WorkerSignal is not an employer or a party to an agreement between a Mission creator and participant unless expressly stated in writing.
Invoices and estimates are operational drafts. Review amounts, currency, tax, identity, payment details, and W-8/W-9 requirements with qualified professionals or authorized providers before issuing them.
5. Content and signals
You keep the rights you hold in submitted content. You give us a limited permission to host, process, transform, and display it only to operate your requested function, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.
You represent that the content is accurate to your knowledge, that you may share it, and that you respect third-party rights. We may remove content that violates these terms or creates a reasonable risk.
6. Results, third parties, and availability
Results may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Verify sources, identity, conditions, and figures before contacting, hiring, applying, invoicing, or paying.
Codex, Claude, email services, and payment or payroll providers have their own terms. WorkerSignal does not control their availability or assume that a connection, delivery, or payment completed without verifiable confirmation.
7. Suspension, changes, and liability
We may limit or suspend access to protect people, data, the service, or comply with law. We will try to communicate material changes when reasonable.
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, WorkerSignal is not responsible for decisions made without review, lost opportunities, third-party failures, or indirect losses; nothing limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
8. Contact
Email legal@workersignal-ai.com for legal, privacy, deletion, accessibility, or reporting requests. Include the function used and the minimum reference needed; never send passwords, OTPs, or complete tax documents.
