Fair treatment

Non-discrimination policy

Decisions should rely on legitimate requirements, relevant evidence, and human review.

August 16, 2026

1. Commitment

WorkerSignal does not permit excluding, degrading, harassing, or treating a person unfavorably because of a characteristic protected by applicable law.

This applies to companies, staffing, recruitment, payroll, hiring teams, freelancers, developers, and Mission participants.

2. Prohibited decisions

Do not use filters, prompts, signals, scores, or results to discriminate directly or indirectly.

  • Race, color, ethnicity, nationality, ancestry, language, or origin.
  • Sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.
  • Age, disability, medical condition, genetic information, or health.
  • Religion, protected opinion, marital, family, military, or immigration status where protected by law.
  • Any other status protected where a person works, lives, or provides services.

3. Evidence and human review

Proof of work and public signals should be evaluated only for their relevance to a real function. A missing signal, limited internet use, or a score does not prove lack of capability.

Automated results are support, not a final decision. A hiring or publishing party must review context, possible bias, accessibility, and alternatives before acting.

4. Accommodations and equal access

Organizations must provide reasonable accommodations required by law and an alternative channel when a tool, test, or format creates a barrier. Requesting an accommodation or exercising a right must not lead to retaliation.

5. Reports and action

Report potentially discriminatory conduct or results to legal@workersignal-ai.com with the minimum reference needed. We will review use within our control and may correct, restrict, or suspend the function or account.

This policy does not replace independent duties of employers, clients, providers, or participants under applicable law.
