Accessibility policy

We aim for essential functions to work with keyboards, screen readers, and different screen sizes.

August 16, 2026

1. Objective

WorkerSignal uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and development reference. This statement describes an ongoing objective; it does not claim universal certification or that every third-party integration is fully accessible.

2. What we prioritize

We prioritize the actions needed to complete a function.

  • Keyboard navigation, visible focus, and logical order.
  • Labels, accessible names, states, and understandable messages.
  • Contrast, zoom, responsive layouts, and reduced motion.
  • Spanish, English, and Portuguese content where supported.
  • Documents and results with readable structure before download or sending.

3. Integrations and documents

Codex, Claude, email, PDF, MCP, and other services may have their own barriers. When an integration blocks an action, we will try to provide the essential content or flow in a reasonable alternative format within our control.

4. Request help or an alternative

Email legal@workersignal-ai.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Include the URL or function, the barrier, assistive technology if you choose to share it, and the alternative format that would help.

You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. We will respond reasonably according to impact, urgency, and available resources.

5. Continuous improvement

We review components, critical flows, and feedback as the product changes. We prioritize blockers that prevent creating, searching, reviewing, accepting, or sending an essential action.
